Investchek is a real estate investment analysis tool that provides estimated rental income projections, mortgage calculations, and local regulatory information for properties in Arizona. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and is designed for real estate investors and professionals evaluating buy-and-hold rental properties.
3. Not Financial or Legal Advice
All information provided by Investchek, including revenue estimates, mortgage calculations, Section 8 payment standards, and regulatory data, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. Investchek makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
4. Accuracy of Information
Revenue estimates are based on comparable listings and industry averages and may not reflect actual results. Regulatory information is researched manually and may not reflect the most current local ordinances. HOA restrictions, zoning rules, and other local requirements are not included and must be verified independently. Always verify all information with relevant authorities before making investment decisions.
5. Subscription and Payment
Investchek is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investchek and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
